If you are not completely satisfied and your order qualifies, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery with tags attached & in original unworn conditions:
You can easily return your item for a refund or an exchange through our return portal.
We offer free shipping labels for exchanges, while pre-paid shipping labels for refunds. In this case, return costs are deducted from total refund amount.
- If you would like to make an exchange, return your merchandise as soon as possible and place a new order for the size/style you would like. Once we receive the original order we will issue a refund if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below.
- US & UK Customers: a fee of $9.75 applies per returned order. This will be deducted from your order total.
Europe Customers: Pink & Flare is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. The envelope flat rate varies from 8€ to 20€, depending on the Country where the package is shipped from and on the weight. Please, follow the instructions below.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receiving it. Items returned past the 14-day period, will NOT be eligible for return and you are responsible for the postage back to you.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- For reasons of hygiene, underwear and swimwear can't be returned.
- Merchandise must be properly folded, have all tags, including any Pink & Flare hangtags, attached.
- Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned for any reason.
- All items with prices ending in $XX.50 are Final Sale. These items and items purchased with BLACK FRIDAY discount cannot be returned/exchanged.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- Once the refund is issued, it will take 2-5 business days for your bank to process.
- Original shipping fees are non refundable. In case of Free shipping, the shipment cost will be deducted from your order total. (For instance, if you ordered >150USD and got free express shipping, the Express shipment cost of 22USD will be deducted from your refund).
- All returns remain the responsibility of the purchase until received by Pink & Flare.
- One return label is provided per order.
- Original shipping fees are non refundable.
- Items returned that do NOT meet the above requirements will not be issued a refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.
- Non-Pink & Flare items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
Pink & Flare reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.
If using the original Pink & Flare packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
Pink & Flare is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
Please note, if your order has more than +4 items, processing time might be delayed by some days.
Some may take longer if your order includes favourite pieces experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5 to 10 business days to process.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Once orders are 'packed', you may not change or cancel. We offer a 14-day warranty upon receipt.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
We ship worldwide, excluding Canada, Germany, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Serbia, Algeria, Albania, Oman, Tunisia and others.
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be issued to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
